Manager Mindset: In-Person Intensive Session

In this session we will define the role of a manager and explore how our mindsets shape behaviors and influence success. We will then dive into the critical mindset shifts required to transition effectively from individual contributor to manager, including balancing relationships, mastering delegation, and building a strong, cohesive team. Finally, we will discuss how HR Leaders can support and develop managers in making these shifts effectively.

Lisa Dahmus brings a unique mix of education in Engineering, Business, and Organizational Behavior, and over 20 years experience leading change initiatives and learning strategy for multinational corporations and nonprofit organizations. 

Lisa is passionate about incorporating insight from neuroscience, and the critical role psychological safety plays in enabling learning, into the design of workshops and change programs.
